The Office of CCA, J&K deals with matters relating to:
- Issue relating to Social Security including Pension settlement, GPF and matter relating thereof in respect of employees of J&K Telecom Circle of BSNL and DoT.
- Issue relating to Licensee Fee and Spectrum Charges from Telecom License holders for Jammu & Kashmir Service area.
- Provision of Rural Telecommunication facilities in the State of Jammu & Kashmir
- Residuary: Any matters concerning Department of Telecom in the State which not entrusted to any other wing of the Department.
